Your Body Sculpting Routine Begins

1. Generously apply HydraFirm Body Gel across the targeted zone
2. Single press on LED button activates continuous mode; double press engages pulse mode
3. Activate ultrasonic slimming by pressing the CV button
4. Engage radio frequency via RF button and adjust intensity to your preference
5. Work on each zone for 5 - 10 minutes
6. Apply treatment 3-4 times weekly to each targeted area

Sera

1. Activate the device using the power button and choose BODY mode
2. Spread HydraFirm Body Gel onto cleansed, dry skin
3. Secure the suction cup to your target area with firm pressure
4. Switch on EMS and LIPO functions, fine-tuning intensity as preferred
5. Red LED illuminates automatically upon activation
6. Allow suction to elevate the skin, then deactivate
7. Perform the suction/release motion up to 3 times in each section.
8. Begin at the lowest setting (Level 1) and gradually work up based on comfort.
9. Progress from the lower body toward the upper body.
